My Vision Statement
My resolve is to provide Notary and Signing Agent services in a professional and friendly manner with a desired result of completing your signings in an accurate and timely fashion.
Background
I am retired with 26 years of law enforcement experience and before that I spent 6 years as a volunteer firefighter. I've spent most of my life in public service. After retiring I still felt the need to help others so I became a licensed Private Investigator to assist people in finding answers. Additionally, I became a fully bonded National Notary Association Certified Notary Signing Agent. My interests include hunting, fishing, traveling with my family and serving at my church.
Rates and Pricing
Texas Government Code Chapter 406 specifies the mandated fees for an official act performed by a notary public.
For protesting a bill or note for nonacceptance or nonpayment, register and seal $4
Each Notice of Protest $1
Protest in all other cases $4
Certificate and seal to a Protest $1
Taking the acknowledgment or proof of deed or other instrument in writing, for registration, including certificate and seal:
First Signature $6
Each Additional Signature $1
Administering an oath or affirmation with certificate and seal $6
Certificate under seal not otherwise provided for $6
For a copy of a record or paper in the notary public's office, for each page $0.50
For taking the deposition of a witness, for each 100 words $0.50
Swearing a witness to a deposition, certificate, seal, and other business connected with taking the deposition $6
Performing any other lawful notarial act $6
Mobile Convenience Fees
Payment for Mobile Convenience Fee is expected in full at time of scheduling.
There are no refunds if canceled less than two hours from the scheduled appointment time.
There are no refunds if a customer is not at the stated location at the agreed upon time.
There are no refunds if a customers signature is unable to be notarized due to lack of valid identification, inability to communicate, (ie: does not speak English, incapacitated, etc.), incomplete documentation, or lack of witnesses. Please verify all before making an appointment.
Texas has specific identification requirements to all signing parties participating in a notarization transaction. Inability to complete a scheduled transaction, due to any signer identification issue (no valid identification credential issued by the federal government or any state government, containing their photograph and signature, inability to provide a credible identifying witness, etc.) will incur a cancellation charge equaling the full amount of the Notary Service travel charge.
Standard Mobile Service (9 AM to 5 PM) $25
This is the mobile response cost during normal business hours (9 AM to 5 PM) to meet with you within 10 miles for up to 30 minutes of service.
This does not include Texas Notary Fees.
After Business Hours (5 PM to 10 PM) & Weekends Additional $20
Holiday Surcharge - Additional $100
Includes New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Good Friday thru Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Eve, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
Rush ASAP (Within 2 hours) - additional $25
Mileage (10 to 20 miles) $2 per mile, one way
All miles over 20 will be $3 per mile, one way
Extra Meeting Time (15 minute segments) $15
Standard service meetings are 30 minutes or less. Meetings that go beyond 30 minutes will incur a $15 fee, starting at the beginning of each additional 15 minute segment.
This does not include Texas Notary Fees.

Per Tex. Admin. Code § 153.15, an equity loan may only be closed at the permanent physical address of the office or branch office of the lender, attorney, or title company. The closing may occur in any area located at the permanent physical address of the lender, attorney, or title company (e.g., indoor office, parking lot).
If a conference room rental is needed, this charge will apply once scheduled, whether the closing is completed or not.

Customer Late Arrival - Unable To Complete Signing
Customer Unwilling or Unable to Complete The Signing

Customers unwilling or unable to complete the signing for any of the above reasons will incur a cancellation charge equal to the full amount of the Signing Agent Service fee and all associated travel charges as documented in the invoice or estimate.
Cancellation with more than 2 hours notice will incur a $35 fee.
